Finally the first batch is ready 15 beautiful teacups to brighten up your life. The road has been long and tediously slow at times but I have finally found the right combination of materials and parts to make these lamps. With the right glues the lamps stick together fast and permanently. The light fitting was a tricky one to glue in place but the fitting was definitely the right one for the job. Echoing the granny gold plating on many of the teacups as well as just looking FABULOUS on its own the gold wrapped twisted electrical wire just sealed the deal.
